RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a credit card at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel; if 24 hours notice is not given or you no-show, the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the missed service.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and the cancellation fee above will apply.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason with product purchased, you may exchange it or receive a refund
SERVICE SATISFACTION POLICY
The true north of our business is making sure clients arrive and depart completely satisfied with their multi-sensory experience. We invite you to communicate any feedback & commentary to improve our hospitality and help us grow. If you are not completely satisfied with a service, we will gladly make any alterations necessary at no additional charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of your original service to book your follow up appointment with the same stylist who provided the original service.
